DIY: Make Your Own Homemade Body Slimming Wraps


Sometimes dieting and exercising just isn't enough. We all have that one area of our body that just drives us up the wall crazy because not matter how much we diet and exercise that bulging area just won't go away! So if your tired of waiting slimming body wraps may be right for you. Going to a spa for body wraps can cost you hundreds of dollars to get the same result you could do at home yourself. So continue reading to find out how you can do you own slimming body wraps.....



1. Quick-Fix Slimming Body Wrap- This wrap is a very controversial one, some people say it works for them and others (and a lot who have never tried it!)say it doesn't. I have tried it and it worked for me, but everybody's body is different. A lot of people in the military use this wrap to pass the Military PT Waist Test. This wrap shreds water weight and only last a couple of hours or less if you a lot drank water. This should only be used once in a while for special events or a quick fix. You can lose up to 3 or 4 inches just off your waist.

Supplies:
-Preparation H cream $4-$6 (Walmart, Target, Kroger, Publix)
-Saran Wrap $1-$2 (Dollar Store,Walmart, Target)

Directions: The night before put Preparation H on the area you want to slim down, then saran wrap the area tight. The next day before the event take it off and wipe off the area. Try to only sip water and not drank to much to help maintain it for the event.


2. LA Slim Wrap- This wrap is made with essential detoxifying minerals that can be from at most stores.This wrap is great for new moms and people trying to loss those few extra pounds. You may feel tired after the wrap but the next day your should feel rejuvenated and energetic. Do this every 10 days 4-5 times and enjoy a nice smoother more tighten skin.

Supplies:
-Epsom Salt  $1-$3 (Dollar Stores( it's just as good), Walmart, Target)
-Aloe Vera Liquid  $3-$4 (Water, Home Depot, Farmer's Market,Whole Food, Plant Stores) It's best sometimes just to use the plant!
-Essential Oils: Lemon, Juniper, Vetiver, Naiouli  $3-5 (Farmer's Market, Whole Foods, Herbal Stores)
-Ace Bandages (1-2 per body area)  $1-$4 (Dollar Store, Walmart, Target)
-Saran Wrap  $1-$2 (Dollar Store, Walmart, Target)

Directions: 
Step one- Boil 3 cups of hot water, then add 1 cup of epsom salt. When the salt has dissolved add a 1/2 cup of Aloe Vera liquid. Then add 3 drops of the essential oils.

Step two- Soak the bandages in the warm solution and start wrapping immediately. Make sure you wrap it tight but do not cut off your circulation. Then wrap the area with saran wrap. Do not wrap the neck and head!

Step three- After you finish wrapping move around a little bit, but keep the bandages from drying out. Make sure it stays warm.

Step four- After 50 minutes unwrap yourself and dry off but let the solution remain on your skin for at least 8 hours so wait to take a shower. Drink lots of water for the next 24 hours!


3. Mud Body Wrap- Now this one I heard a lot of good things about, it's super easy to do and you get great immediate results. You may also have these products at home already. For best results you can do this once every 7 days until you get desired results.

Supplies
-Detox, Mint, or Dead Sea Salt Mud Mask  $3-$5 (Walmart, Dollar General, Target)
-Ace Bandage or Saran Wrap  $1-$4 (Dollar Store, Walmart, Target)

Directions:
Warm a small towel cloth and place it on the area to open up your pores. Then warm up the mud, but do not place it on your skin if its too hot! Then spread the mud on the area and wrap it. Leave on your skin for 6 to 8 hours. Then wipe it off.
